Lakeside will hold a FREE workshop for condominium owners and board members. The workshops covers the responsibilities of condo owners and the board, focusing on the 4C's: Community, Communication, Consistency, and Collections. Presenters will cover a range of topics, including requirements of the Illinois Condominium Property Act, practical guidance on common problems, and more. A 140+-page resource guide will be provided to each participant.
