The workshop will introduce the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords, especially as they concern the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance. The presenter will explain in detail the responsibilities of the tenant, especially with regards to paying rent, communicating about problems, and abiding by the lease. Learn how to resolve common problems, attract and retain tenants, and have a better building.
This workshop is offered at no cost for you. Suggested donation $10.00

Description
Lakeside Community Development Corporation's main counseling office is located at 6636 N. Clark Street, just north of Wallen Ave. Wallen Ave. is 3 blocks north of Devon Avenue and 3 blocks south of Pratt Ave. This Rogers Park location is handicapped accessible and located on the Clark Street #22 bus. Parking is available at meters on Clark Street and surrounding residential streets in the immediate community.
